Application refers to SportsMaacha, the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on an Android or iOS device.
Service refers to the Application, the official website (https://www.sportsmaacha.com/), and any related sports tournament, match planning, schedule tracking, and live scoring services.
While using Our Service, We may collect certain personally identifiable information to facilitate account creation, tournament entries, and match management.

We provide paid services within the Application, such as tournament entry fees and academy registrations. In such cases, we use a third-party payment processor, Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay").
We do not store or collect your payment card, UPI PIN, or bank credentials. That information is provided directly to Razorpay whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. Razorpay adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
When an account is deleted, personal identifying data is removed from active databases in accordance with our deletion policy below.
In compliance with Google Play's User Data policy and global privacy standards, you have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
What Happens to Your Data: All personal identifiers (name, phone number, email address, profile picture, and push notification tokens) are permanently removed from our active database. Historical tournament brackets, draws, and completed match scores are preserved in an anonymized format to maintain the competitive integrity and continuity of tournament records for remaining players.
Our Service does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13.
For junior sports tournaments (e.g., Under-11, Under-13 categories), registrations must be made and supervised by a parent, legal guardian, or an authorized academy coach. If You are a parent or guardian and believe that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data without Your consent, please contact Us at sportsmaacha@gmail.com, and We will take steps to remove that information promptly.
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us.
